01What we store on your device
We don’t save your estimate, answers or contact details in your browser. If you reload the page during an estimate, you start again.
After a site update, a page may store a timestamp in your browser’s session storage so it reloads only once. It’s deleted when you close the tab.
02Third parties
On pages with a form, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a check to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes technical data from your browser for that check. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout pages to detect fraud and keep payments secure. We don’t use advertising pixels and we never sell browsing data.
03Analytics: Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site, through heatmaps and recordings of page activity such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. It loads only after a page has finished loading.
The estimate, your request summary and the contact form are hidden from recordings, so your files, answers, email address and messages are not captured.
Clarity sets cookies on this site (such as _clck and _clsk) to recognize repeat visits, and Microsoft may set cookies of its own. Microsoft processes this data under its privacy statement at microsoft.com/privacy.
Clarity does not load if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or if your device’s time zone is in Europe.
04Your controls
Blocking cookies won’t stop you from browsing the site. If your browser blocks Cloudflare Turnstile, the estimate and contact forms may not work; email us instead.
To opt out of Clarity, turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser, or block clarity.ms.
