01What we collect
- Files and notes you upload: prompts, rubrics, starter code and anything you type in the notes box.
- Estimate answers: due date, academic level, language, requirements, time zone and your answers to questions about your files.
- If you decline the predicted budget: your reason, the amount you offered and any note.
- Contact details: your email address, and your phone number with country code if you give it.
- Payment status from Stripe: amount, date and whether it succeeded. Stripe handles your card details. We never receive full card numbers.
- Reviews you submit: display name, course, rating, text and order number.
- Support emails you send to us.
- Technical data: your IP address, used for spam protection and rate limits and stored only in a one-way hashed form, and the browser signals Cloudflare Turnstile uses to tell people from bots.
- How you use our pages, through Microsoft Clarity: clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, pages viewed and your device and browser type. The estimate, your request and the contact form are hidden from it. See our cookie policy.
02How the AI estimate uses your files
When you upload files, our software reads them to find the details above, ask about anything unclear and predict a price range. It uses Cloudflare Workers AI to read the text of your documents and any screenshots or photos of the task, and to price the work. This happens before you give us any contact details.
The prediction never decides anything final. A person on our team reviews your files and sets the final price. We do not use your files, answers or code to train AI models.
03Why we use it
- To predict your budget and send you a final price.
- To prepare, deliver and revise your order.
- To answer your support emails.
- To send one "How did we do?" email after delivery, which you can ignore.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations.
05How long we keep it
- Files you upload but never send: deleted within 24 hours.
- The text our AI reads from your files: kept with your estimate for up to 2 days so it can price your request, then deleted.
- Files you send with a request: deleted 7 days after you upload them. Download links to them expire at the same time.
- Your request (answers, predicted budget, offer and contact details) and contact-form messages: deleted 90 days after you send them.
- Emails between you and our team stay in our mailbox until you ask us to delete them, unless we need to keep them for tax or accounting.
- Payment and invoice records: kept for as long as tax law requires.
- Published reviews: kept until you ask us to remove them.
- Deleted database records can remain in our hosting provider's automatic backups for up to 7 days.
06Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing team@domyprogramminghomework.io from the address you used. We reply within 45 days, usually much sooner. You can ask us to delete your request at any time; you don't have to wait for the periods above.
California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer anything about you.
07Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Uploaded files are stored privately and are reachable only through signed links that expire. Access to files and contact details is limited to the people who need them for your order, under the confidentiality commitment in our Terms of service.
08Children
This service isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
