01Who we are
DoMyProgrammingHomework.io ("we", "us") provides the service described here. You can reach us at team@domyprogramminghomework.io. These terms apply to everything on domyprogramminghomework.io: the estimate flow, orders, deliverables, reviews and support by email.
By sending an estimate request or paying for an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, our Refund policy and our Academic integrity policy.
02What we provide
We provide programming help: working reference solutions, a written explanation document and test results, prepared by senior engineers to the instructions you send.
We are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any school, university, course or instructor.
03Your contact details
You agree to give us an accurate email address so we can send your final price and your order. A phone number is optional.
04How an order is formed
- Estimate. You upload your files. Our software reads them, asks you to confirm the due date, and asks only for details it could not find, such as your academic level, the language or a question about the task.
- Predicted budget. Our AI prices the work and we show a price range. It is an automated prediction, not an offer, and it does not bind either side. If the AI cannot price your request, our team emails you a price instead.
- Proceed or make an offer. You can proceed, or tell us why not and name the amount you would like to pay. An expert reviews offers and replies by email, usually within 5 minutes.
- Final price. A person on our team reviews your files and emails a fixed final price. It may be inside, above or below the predicted range.
- Contract. The contract is formed when you accept the final price and your payment is confirmed. Work starts then.
05Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken in full, in advance, through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
An accepted final price does not change. If you add requirements after acceptance, we quote the extra work separately and only start it once you agree.
06Deadlines and delivery
Your deadline is the date and time you confirmed, in the time zone you chose. It runs from the moment your payment is confirmed. We deliver to the email address on the order.
If we need a file or detail from you to continue, we pause the clock until you reply, and we tell you so in writing.
07Revisions
Revisions are free and unlimited for 14 days after delivery, as long as they relate to your original instructions. Changes to the brief count as new work.
08Your files
You keep all rights to the files and instructions you upload. You give us a limited permission to use them only to estimate, prepare and support your order. You confirm you are allowed to share them with us.
We do not publish, resell or reuse your files or our solution for other customers.
09Confidentiality (NDA)
Every request and order is covered by this confidentiality commitment. You don't need to sign anything for it to apply.
- We keep your files, instructions, answers, contact details and the work we deliver confidential.
- Only the people who need them to price, prepare, deliver or support your order can see them, and they are bound by the same duty of confidentiality.
- We never share them with your school, instructors, classmates or employer, and we never publish them or show them as samples.
- We share data with the service providers listed in our Privacy policy only so they can run the site and send email for us.
- We disclose information only if a valid legal order requires it.
- This commitment continues after your order ends and after your data is deleted from our systems.
10Who owns the deliverables
Once you have paid in full, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your own learning. You may not resell them, publish them as a commercial product or offer them to others as a service.
11Acceptable use
You agree not to ask us to log in to any school system, take a live or proctored exam or quiz, contact your instructor, or impersonate you. We will refuse these requests and refund any payment taken for them. See our Academic integrity policy.
12Reviews
You may submit a review after an order. Every review is moderated before it appears. We publish positive and negative reviews alike. We reject reviews only if they contain abuse, spam, personal data about others, or are unrelated to our service.
We mark a review "Verified order" only when it matches a real paid order. We never pay for reviews, write reviews ourselves, or change what a review says.
13Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for grades, academic decisions or outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you accepted your final price applies to that order.
